ages 5 - 7 (K-1st)

We aim to provide an environment encompassing intellectual, physical, emotional, and social growth. Within this environment, learners engage in play and pursue their innate interests, which serves as a cornerstone for their learning journey. Moreover, this stage lays the groundwork for critical early learning skills, including reading, writing, goal setting, and the ability to learn independently. These foundational skills equip young individuals with the tools they need to excel and advance into Pathfinders.
ages 7 - 9 (2nd-3rd)
Providing a supportive and nurturing environment where Trailblazers can grow academically, spiritually, and emotionally.
This Base Camp lays the groundwork for an educational journey filled with personalized skill development, engaging Expedition projects for exploration, and ample playtime. The core skills of reading, writing, mathematics, and computer science are taught at the individual’s pace and aim for mastery, facilitated by adaptive technology. Afternoons are dedicated to immersive, hands-on projects spanning the arts, sciences, history, and the natural environment, promoting a deeper understanding of each subject. Team-based simulations foster critical thinking and creativity, while leisure time and competitive games strengthen the sense of community, enhancing problem-solving and teamwork abilities. Mastery of basic reading skills is required for entry into this base camp.
ages 9 - 11 (4th-5th)
Equipping Trailblazers to take greater ownership of their learning while deepening their walk with God and their connection to others.
Navigators build on the strong foundation laid in earlier years by stepping into greater independence, responsibility, and leadership. Core skills are further developed through personalized, mastery-based learning, with a growing emphasis on goal-setting and reflection. Trailblazers participate in meaningful life skills that challenge them to apply knowledge across disciplines and explore real-world problems with creativity and discernment. Socratic discussions become more dynamic, fostering respectful dialogue, spiritual insight, and critical thinking. Through collaborative projects, service opportunities, and hands-on challenges, Navigators develop the confidence and character to lead with wisdom and purpose.
ages 11 - 14 (6th-8th)
Embracing innovation, creativity, and forward-thinking approaches to education that empower Trailblazers to chart their own path to success.
Groundbreakers engage further in their learning journey through quests, enhanced Socratic conversations, and personalized skill development in reading, writing, and math. A focus on self-discovery is key as Trailblazers pursue their unique talents, introducing new techniques and methods to their educational toolkit.
Within the Groundbreakers’ Base Camp, learners receive support as they explore their surroundings, forge lasting friendships, acquire novel skills, and evolve into distinctive, characterful young individuals.
ages 14 - 18 (9th-12th)
Motivating and inspiring Trailblazers to reach their full potential, pursue excellence, and make a positive impact in their community and beyond.
The Worldshakers’ Base Camp gears students up for the grand adventure that lies ahead, be it pursuing higher education at a top-tier university, kick-starting their own venture, or securing an inaugural position at renowned companies. Here, exceptional young leaders dedicate their time to their passions, under the guidance of leading guides and experts, while enjoying the camaraderie of friends and creating memories that last a lifetime.
Trailblazers achieve mastery through engaging in apprenticeships and initiating actual startups, ventures, and projects across various fields such as business, science, humanities, or arts. Each young individual possesses a portfolio showcasing their real-world accomplishments and capabilities.
