Tour the School and Review the Information Packet

Since our school offers a unique approach to education that differs from traditional schools or other Christian schools, it is important to us that you fully understand what makes Arise different and what expectations we have. We invite you to begin by scheduling a tour of the school, where you can experience our campus firsthand and ask any questions you may have. After the tour, we encourage you to review the Information Packet provided during the tour, which outlines key details about our learner-driven, self-paced, and mastery-based approach.

Admission Inquiry Application

After touring the school, reviewing the Information Packet provided, and having all your questions addressed, if you believe Arise is the right fit for your child, we invite you to complete the Admission Inquiry Application for each student you wish to enroll in our Trailblazer community. A non-refundable application fee of $25 per child is required.

Student & Family Assessments

Once your application is received, a member of our Admissions Team will reach out within three business days to personally connect with your family. We will coordinate scheduling for your student’s in-person assessments and email the Family Assessment. These assessments are part of our commitment to thoughtfully serving each student and family. They allow us to gain a clear understanding of how to best support your child’s learning and ensure alignment between home and school, helping us build a strong foundation for a successful partnership.

Student Readiness Day (if applicable)

In some cases, the admissions process may include a Student Readiness Day. This experience allows us to observe how a student engages in a typical Arise learning environment and helps us determine readiness, overall fit, and potential support needs. When appropriate, this step will be scheduled as part of the admissions review. Please note that not all students are required to participate in a Student Readiness Day.

Interview

We are excited to get to know your family better and learn about how we can support your child’s educational journey. The interview will include both parents (mom, dad, or legal guardians) as well as the child or children who may be attending our school. This is an opportunity for us to determine if our unique school environment aligns with your family’s values and educational goals. During the interview, we will ask both parents and students questions to better understand your child's learning style, strengths, challenges, and how your family supports their growth. This is a two-way conversation, as we aim to ensure that both the family and the school are a good fit for each other. We are looking for families who are excited about our approach to education and who are committed to supporting their child's learning journey in this dynamic environment.

Records Request & File Completion

we will request records from your child’s previous school to complete the admissions file. These records may include academic transcripts, IEP or 504 documentation (if applicable), and other relevant educational information. In some cases, families may be asked to assist with obtaining records to help ensure a timely review.
